As somebody that has skipped the last 2 or 3 seasons of game of thrones because I much prefer the books and don't want any spoilers, is it likely that this show end up spoiling things from the original series?
Sadly, I think it's likely that we will refer to events already revealed in Game of Thrones. Sorry about that! It'll be difficult to discuss this show without being able to refer to those things. -DChen

It's all good. I'll just continue being bitter towards George RR Martin, and maybe when I'm 60 I can catch up on all the GoT content.
